1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TecEDX website (tecedx.com) or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use TecEDX services only for lawful purposes. You must not reproduce or resell course materials without written permission, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or engage in conduct that restricts others' use of the site.
3. Enrolment and Payment
By enrolling in a TecEDX program, you agree to pay all applicable fees at the time of registration. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrolment, provided that less than 20% of the program content has been accessed. Contact [email protected] to request a refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the TecEDX website and within our programs is the property of TecEDX or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited licence for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
6. Certificates and Credentials
Upon successful completion of a program, TecEDX will issue a micro-credential certificate. Certificates are issued solely to the enrolled individual and may not be transferred.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TecEDX services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TecEDX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
